frozen broccoli rice

Instructions
Microwave the broccoli rice as per package instructions. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid, then let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the broccoli rice, shredded cheese, egg, almond flour, and seasoning.
Form about 16 small balls from the mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten them slightly with your hands.
Bake on the center rack for about 15 minutes until they begin to brown, then flip and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy them on their own or with ranch dressing for dipping!
