Instructions
Begin by draining your lupini beans in a colander. Give them a quick rinse under cold water, then pat them thoroughly dry. This step helps remove any extra salt from their brine and ensures they get perfectly crispy!
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Add the dried lupini beans to the bowl and toss everything gently until each bean is nicely coated with the flavorful seasoning.
