Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
Mix in the beaten egg and olive oil until a soft dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to about ⅛ inch thick.
Remove the top parchment and cut into 1-inch squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges turn golden.
Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces and store.
