Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Blanched Almond Flour 180g
  • 1 Egg, beaten 50g
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil 15ml
  • 0.5 tsp Salt 2.5g
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder 1.5g
  • Flaky Sea Salt for topping, optional
  • 0.25 tsp Baking Powder 1g, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Mix in the beaten egg and olive oil until a soft dough forms.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to about ⅛ inch thick.
  • Remove the top parchment and cut into 1-inch squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
  • Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges turn golden.
  • Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces and store.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite herbs or spices. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
