- 12+ tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce low sodium
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- mini pepperonis
- Italian seasoning
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Create piles of grated parmesan about 1 inch apart on the parchment, then flatten them into discs using the back of a spoon. Aim for 1 heaping tablespoon each, fitting about 12 on the pan.
Bake for 5-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Once done, let the parmesan crusts cool for a few minutes.
Top each with a small amount of pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Finally, place them on paper towels to absorb excess grease before serving.
