Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop the cauliflower into small pieces.
  • Place the cauliflower in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle in garlic powder and smoked paprika.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once golden and crispy, it’s done.
  • Optionally, garnish with parsley before serving.
