Chop the cauliflower into small pieces.
Place the cauliflower in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle in garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once golden and crispy, it’s done.
Optionally, garnish with parsley before serving.
