Lay your tortilla on a clean surface.
Spoon on the pizza sauce, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
Add your favorite healthy toppings.
For an extra-crispy crust, heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat on your stovetop, crisp the bottom of the tortilla for a couple of minutes, then carefully transfer it to your preheated oven to finish baking until the cheese is melted and bubbly (about 5 minutes).
If you don't have a skillet, just place the pizza directly on an oven rack or a baking sheet to bake.
