Ingredients
  

  • 1 Flour tortilla (8-10 inch, choose a low-carb option for a healthier twist!)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Pizza Toppings

  • Pizza toppings of choice think lean meats, fresh veggies! (e.g., colorful bell peppers, lean turkey pepperoni, fresh mushrooms)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Lay your tortilla on a clean surface.
  • Spoon on the pizza sauce, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
  • Add your favorite healthy toppings.
  • For an extra-crispy crust, heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat on your stovetop, crisp the bottom of the tortilla for a couple of minutes, then carefully transfer it to your preheated oven to finish baking until the cheese is melted and bubbly (about 5 minutes).
  • If you don't have a skillet, just place the pizza directly on an oven rack or a baking sheet to bake.
  • Once golden and delicious, slice it up with a pizza cutter and enjoy your quick, personal pizza!

Notes

This works great in an air fryer or toaster oven too, just use the highest temperature setting!
