Equipment

  • Mandoline
  • Baking Sheet
  • Silicone mat or parchment paper
  • Large Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 large zucchini about 4 cups total, very thinly sliced (1/8-inch thick)
  • Light olive oil spray as needed
  • 1.5 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to a gentle 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Grab a large baking sheet and line it with a silicone mat or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Using a mandoline for super thin slices (aim for 1/8-inch), cut your zucchini. Gently pat the slices dry with a paper towel to remove extra moisture, then place them in a big bowl.
  • Lightly spritz the zucchini slices with olive oil spray until they're just glistening. Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning all over. Use your hands to gently toss and coat every single zucchini slice evenly. Make sure they aren't sticking together!
  • Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet. It's important not to let them overlap – they need space to get perfectly crispy! Bake for 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes, carefully flip each zucchini chip. Continue baking for another 10 to 20 minutes, or until the chips are beautifully golden brown and completely dried out and crispy, just like potato chips! Let them cool slightly before enjoying.
