Crispy, healthy, and easy-to-make kale chips, perfect as a snack or a light side dish. Seasoned with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then roasted to perfection.
Preheat & Prep: Get your oven ready by setting it to 400°F (200°C).
Wash & Dry: Give your kale a good wash and make sure to dry it completely – this helps it get nice and crispy! Then, remove the leaves from the tough stalks and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Season & Toss: Place the kale leaves on a large baking sheet with a rim. Drizzle them with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to gently toss everything together, making sure each piece is lightly coated.
Roast to Perfection: Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Roast for about 12-15 minutes, giving them a stir halfway through to ensure even crispiness. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn!
Serve: Once crispy, you can add a little extra salt and pepper if you like. Enjoy your roasted kale warm or chilled!
