Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Loin

Ingredients
  

  • 3-5 pound Pork Loin
  • 0.5 cup Low-Carb BBQ Rub
  • 0.5 cup Low-Carb BBQ Sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place your pork loin directly into the crock pot. Generously sprinkle and rub the low-carb BBQ rub all over the top of the pork.
  • Turn the pork loin over and repeat the process, making sure both sides are well-coated with the rub.
  • Secure the lid on your crock pot. Cook on the HIGH setting for 4 hours, or for a slower cook, set it to LOW for 8 hours. The pork should be incredibly tender and easily fall apart.
  • Once cooked, use two forks to shred the pork right inside the crock pot, mixing it with the delicious juices. Top with your favorite low-carb BBQ sauce and serve warm.
