Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Loin

- 3-5 pound Pork Loin
- 0.5 cup Low-Carb BBQ Rub
- 0.5 cup Low-Carb BBQ Sauce for serving
Place your pork loin directly into the crock pot. Generously sprinkle and rub the low-carb BBQ rub all over the top of the pork.
Turn the pork loin over and repeat the process, making sure both sides are well-coated with the rub.
Secure the lid on your crock pot. Cook on the HIGH setting for 4 hours, or for a slower cook, set it to LOW for 8 hours. The pork should be incredibly tender and easily fall apart.
Once cooked, use two forks to shred the pork right inside the crock pot, mixing it with the delicious juices. Top with your favorite low-carb BBQ sauce and serve warm.
