Ingredients
  

Granola Mixture

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free granulated sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet (about 18x13 inches) with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
  • In a big bowl, simply combine all the dry ingredients: chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, almond flour, cinnamon, sugar-free sweetener, and kosher salt. Give it a good mix.
  • Pour the melted coconut oil over the dry mixture. Stir everything together until all the nuts and seeds are evenly coated.
  • Spread the granola mixture in a thin, even layer across your prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Make sure to keep a close watch, as this granola can toast up quickly and go from perfectly crunchy to burnt in a flash!
  • Once golden brown and fragrant, remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. It will crisp up beautifully as it cools. Break it into delicious clusters and enjoy!
