Date Snickers Delight
Sweet, chewy dates filled with creamy peanut butter and crunchy peanuts.

- 9 pieces Medjool dates (about 300g)
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (about 45g)
- flaky sea salt (optional topping)
Carefully split each date in half and remove the pit. Place the date halves cut-side up on a parchment-lined plate.
Spoon about ½ teaspoon of peanut butter into each date half, then top with chopped peanuts for added crunch.
Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave until smooth. For a double boiler, heat water in a small saucepan and place a heat-safe bowl on top with the chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over each date half, coating only the top. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top while the chocolate is still warm.
Chill the plate in the fridge for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy your Date Snickers! They can be stored at room temperature for a week or in the fridge for up to a month.
