Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 9 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar substitute (like Lakanto or Swerve)
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup chopped walnuts divided (Optional, for crunch!)

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, making sure the paper extends over the edges for easy lifting. Give it a light spritz with cooking spray.
  • In a small saucepan, gently melt the butter and sugar-free chocolate chips together over low heat. Stir continuously until everything is smooth and glossy.
  • Once fully melted, whisk in the heavy cream and your powdered sugar substitute. Keep stirring until there are absolutely no lumps left and the mixture is well combined.
  • If you like, stir in ½ cup of the chopped walnuts for an extra layer of texture.
  • Pour the creamy fudge mixture into your prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle the remaining chopped walnuts (and a little coarse sea salt, if you like!) over the top.
  • Pop the pan into the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or until the fudge is perfectly firm.
  • Use the parchment paper to lift the set fudge out of the pan. Slice it into 12 even pieces and get ready to indulge!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 2 months.
