- 2 tablespoons allulose
- 2 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder whey, egg white, or plant-based
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder Dutch process for deeper flavor
- 1 tablespoon grass-fed gelatin or 2 tablespoons collagen powder
- 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder optional, enhances chocolate flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Water as needed (slightly warm)
- 3 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
