Ingredients
  

  • 30 g All-purpose flour
  • 30 g Chocolate protein powder
  • 92 g Liquid egg whites or 2 egg whites
  • 120 g Canned pumpkin
  • 24 g Swerve confectioners or zero-calorie sweetener
  • 15 g Apple sauce
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 15 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 32 g Fat-free cream cheese
  • 15 g Sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 30 g Chocolate protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a donut pan with non-stick spray.
  • Combine all donut ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Distribute the batter evenly into the donut pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • For the frosting, blend cream cheese, chocolate syrup, and a scoop of protein powder until smooth.
  • Once donuts are cooled slightly, dip their tops into the frosting, twist gently, then set aside to let the frosting firm up.
