Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons finely ground almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten

Instructions
 

  • First, take a 4-inch ramekin and melt the butter in your microwave on high for about 25 seconds until it's liquid. Be careful, the ramekin will be hot when you remove it!
  • Next, add the almond flour, shredded Cheddar cheese, onion powder, and baking powder to the melted butter. Stir everything together until it's well combined. Then, gently mix in the lightly beaten egg until it's fully incorporated into the batter.
  • Pop the ramekin back into the microwave and cook on high for approximately 90 seconds, or until the bread appears firm and set. Carefully remove it and let it rest for 1 minute.
  • Finally, use a butter knife to gently loosen the edges of the bread from the ramekin. Invert it onto a plate. You can then effortlessly slice it horizontally to create two perfect bread slices, ready for your favorite healthy toppings!
