Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • First, get your air fryer ready by preheating it to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with a touch of olive oil or line it with parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, dried minced onion, dried minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend just until combined – avoid overmixing to keep your meatballs wonderfully tender!
  • Shape the mixture into 12 evenly sized meatballs. A cookie scoop can be a super helpful tool for making them all perfectly uniform.
  • Carefully arrange the raw meatballs in a single layer within your prepared air fryer basket. Make sure they have a little breathing room for even cooking; you might need to cook them in batches if your air fryer is on the smaller side.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until they're beautifully golden brown and cooked all the way through. For peace of mind and delicious results, always use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (71°C).
