1/4cupcoconut aminos(or use low-sodium soy sauce for a different flavor)
1tablespoonbrown sugar substitute(like Golden Lakanto or your preferred zero-calorie sweetener)
1teaspoonfresh garlicfinely chopped
1teaspoonfresh gingerpeeled and finely chopped
1teaspoonapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Give the air fryer basket or rack a light spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Carefully place the frozen salmon fillets into the preheated air fryer. Cook them for 8 minutes to get them started.
While the salmon cooks, whisk together the coconut aminos, brown sugar substitute, chopped garlic, ginger, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl. This is your delicious glaze! After 8 minutes, pull out the air fryer basket. Drizzle about half of your homemade sauce over the salmon fillets. Return them to the air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125-140°F (52-60°C).
Serve your perfectly cooked salmon immediately, drizzling with the rest of that amazing sauce. Enjoy your healthy, flavorful meal!
