Instructions
First, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Then, empty the Shake and Bake seasoning mix into the plastic bag that comes in the box.
Lightly brush each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of olive or avocado oil.
Place one chicken breast into the seasoning bag, twist it closed, and shake well until it's fully coated. Remove it to a plate and repeat this for all remaining chicken breasts.
Carefully arrange the coated chicken breasts in a single layer in your air fryer basket. You might need to cook them in batches if they don't all fit without overcrowding.
Close the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crispiness.
Once the chicken is golden brown and a meat thermometer reads at least 165°F (74°C) internally, remove the basket from the air fryer. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
