shredded mozzarella

grated parmesan
optional seasoning
garlic powder & black pepper recommended
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain the canned chicken thoroughly, pressing out excess moisture.
In a medium bowl, combine the drained chicken, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, and your chosen seasonings (avoid adding salt).
Form the mixture into small nuggets, using about a heaping tablespoon for each, yielding around 12 nuggets.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
