Easy Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chicken breast 12.5 oz, drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • optional seasoning garlic powder & black pepper recommended

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain the canned chicken thoroughly, pressing out excess moisture.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained chicken, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, and your chosen seasonings (avoid adding salt).
  • Form the mixture into small nuggets, using about a heaping tablespoon for each, yielding around 12 nuggets.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
