Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup whole milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 large scoops vanilla ice cream (or oat milk ice cream)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Dried banana chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Start by placing your sliced ripe banana at the bottom of your blender.
  • Next, pour in the milk, vanilla extract, a hint of cinnamon, and fresh lemon juice.
  • Gently add the three generous scoops of vanilla ice cream on top.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a wonderfully smooth and creamy texture. If it's too thick, just add a tiny splash more milk until it blends perfectly.
  • Pour this delightful shake into two glasses and, if you like, top with a swirl of whipped cream and a few crunchy banana chips for an extra touch.
