Ingredients
  

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Banana Syrup: Chop half a banana and combine it with water and sugar in a small pot. Heat until it thickens to your liking. Cool and strain before using.
  • Create Banana Cream: Blend the remaining half of the banana with heavy cream. Use an electric frother or whisk to whip until soft and fluffy, ensuring it remains pourable.
  • Whisk Matcha: Sift matcha into a bowl, add water, and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion for 10-15 seconds until frothy.
  • Assemble Drink: In a glass, combine ice, banana syrup, and milk. Top with whisked matcha and banana cream. Garnish with banana slices or cookie crumbles.
