- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 0.25 cup water
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup water
- 0.5 cup sugar
Prepare Banana Syrup: Chop half a banana and combine it with water and sugar in a small pot. Heat until it thickens to your liking. Cool and strain before using.
Create Banana Cream: Blend the remaining half of the banana with heavy cream. Use an electric frother or whisk to whip until soft and fluffy, ensuring it remains pourable.
