Combine cottage cheese, blueberries, and optional sweetener in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container, spreading evenly. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing directly onto the surface to prevent freezer burn. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and enjoy as is or topped with berries, nuts, or granola.
