Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Full-fat cottage cheese 240g
  • 1/3 cup Fresh blueberries 50g
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener of choice (optional) 15ml

Instructions
 

  • Combine cottage cheese, blueberries, and optional sweetener in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container, spreading evenly. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing directly onto the surface to prevent freezer burn. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and enjoy as is or topped with berries, nuts, or granola.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings or sweeteners. For a creamier texture, blend longer or add a splash of milk.
