- 12 oz light key lime pie flavored yogurt
- 8 oz light whipped topping (like COOL WHIP), plus extra for serving
- Green food coloring (optional)

In a medium bowl, carefully whisk the sugar-free lime gelatin into the boiling water until it's completely dissolved.
Stir in the key lime juice. Let this mixture cool down for a few minutes.
Once the gelatin mixture has cooled slightly, gently fold in the light key lime pie flavored yogurt. Then, add the 8 oz container of light whipped topping and, if you desire a brighter green color, a few drops of green food coloring. Mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
