Whip up these quick and easy Instant Pot Pizza Joes, a healthy and delicious twist on classic sloppy joes, perfect for a weeknight meal. Lean ground beef, veggies, and turkey pepperoni are simmered in a savory pizza sauce, then served on whole wheat buns with melted mozzarella.
Brown the Beef & Onion: In your Instant Pot, select the "Sauté" function. Add the lean ground beef and diced onion. Cook, breaking up the beef, until it's nicely browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat for a healthier meal.
Stir in Flavor: Turn off the "Sauté" function. Add the diced bell pepper, quartered turkey pepperoni, pizza sauce, water, garlic powder, and oregano to the pot. Stir everything gently to combine well.
