2canscream of chicken soup(10.5 ounce) undiluted or 2 cups homemade

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Stir until smooth. Season lightly with salt and a dash of black pepper.
Gently fold in the frozen hash browns, cooked chicken, 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and the frozen mixed vegetables. Mix gently until everything is well combined and coated.
Pour the wholesome mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole, followed by the crushed crackers for a lovely golden crunch.
