This incredibly simple and delicious dump cake features luscious cherry pie filling topped with chocolate cake mix, chocolate chips, and melted butter, baked to golden perfection. A quick and easy dessert for any occasion!

- 2 cans cherry pie filling (21 ounces each)
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (18 ounces)
- 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
- 12 tbsp salted butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Evenly pour both cans of cherry pie filling into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
Gently sprinkle the dry chocolate cake mix right over the cherry filling. Important: Do NOT mix! This is the magic of a dump cake.
Scatter the mini chocolate chips evenly over the cake mix layer.
Carefully drizzle the melted butter over the entire top surface, ensuring it's distributed as much as possible.
Pop it into the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
Let the cake rest for about 15 minutes after baking – this helps it set.
