Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups cold brew coffee (or any strongly brewed coffee)
  • 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk
  • 0.25 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons collagen protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 0.25 cup Swerve Confectioners sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Freeze Your Coffee: Start by pouring your cold coffee into an ice cube tray. Let it freeze completely solid, which usually takes at least 4 hours. This clever trick keeps your shake wonderfully cold without watering it down!
  • Gather & Blend: Once your coffee ice cubes are ready, transfer them into a blender. Add in the unsweetened milk, rich heavy cream, your chosen protein powder, Swerve sweetener, and the cocoa powder.
  • Whizz Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a perfectly smooth, creamy, and thick shake. Give it a taste test and feel free to add a little more Swerve if you prefer it sweeter.
