- 1.5 cups cold brew coffee (or any strong brewed coffee)
- 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk (or almond milk, macadamia milk)
- 0.25 cup heavy whipping cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
- 6 tbsp collagen protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, or unflavored)
- 0.25 cup Swerve Confectioners (or your favorite powdered sugar-free sweetener)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for a delicious mocha twist)
Begin by pouring your cold coffee into an ice cube tray and freezing it until completely solid. This usually takes at least 4 hours.
Once your coffee cubes are frozen, transfer them to a sturdy blender.
