Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups cold brew coffee (or any strong brewed coffee)
  • 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk (or almond milk, macadamia milk)
  • 0.25 cup heavy whipping cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 6 tbsp collagen protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, or unflavored)
  • 0.25 cup Swerve Confectioners (or your favorite powdered sugar-free sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for a delicious mocha twist)

Instructions
 

  • Begin by pouring your cold coffee into an ice cube tray and freezing it until completely solid. This usually takes at least 4 hours.
  • Once your coffee cubes are frozen, transfer them to a sturdy blender.
  • Add the unsweetened milk, heavy whipping cream, protein powder, Swerve sweetener, and the optional cocoa powder to the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is wonderfully smooth and creamy.
  • Taste your shake and adjust the sweetness if desired, adding a little more Swerve and blending again if needed.
  • Pour the refreshing shake into two glasses and enjoy immediately!
