Ingredients
  

  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce (14-ounce)
  • 16 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother dipping)

Instructions
 

  • Slice Cranberry: Carefully open your can of jellied cranberry sauce. Gently slide out the cranberry jelly and cut it into neat ½-inch thick discs.
  • Chill Slices: Arrange these cranberry rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Pop them into your freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up. This quick chill makes dipping much easier!
  • Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if you're using it). Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir well. Continue heating in short 15-second bursts, stirring after each time, until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted.
  • Dip & Coat: Take the firm cranberry slices from the freezer. Using a fork, gently submerge each slice into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Let any extra chocolate drip off before carefully placing the coated slice back onto the lined baking sheet. Repeat for all slices.
  • Set & Enjoy: Return the baking sheet to the freezer for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate coating is completely firm. Once set, these delightful sweet-tart treats are ready to be enjoyed!
