- 3 tbsp pistachio butter
- 3 tbsp kataifi
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips or chopped bar
Start by gathering all your ingredients. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the kataifi and toast until golden brown, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Remove from heat and let cool on a plate.
Next, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for another 20-30 seconds until fully melted.
Spoon some melted chocolate into each of the 5 silicone cups, then add a spoonful of the pistachio kataifi mixture on top. Finish with more melted chocolate.
Place the silicone cups on a plate and refrigerate until the chocolate sets. Enjoy your delicious cups!
