Equipment

  • 9x13 inch Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 28 ounces Kielbasa about 1.75 pounds, sliced into ½-inch thick rounds
  • 1 cup Low-Carb BBQ Sauce choose your favorite sugar-free brand, like G Hughes
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Substitute packed, such as Swerve Brown Sugar, for a touch of sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard adds a lovely tang
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 400°F (200°C). Grab a 9x13-inch baking dish and give it a quick spray with non-stick cooking spray – this makes cleanup a breeze!
  • Carefully slice your kielbasa into bite-sized ½-inch thick rounds.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the low-carb BBQ sauce, brown sugar substitute, Dijon mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Whisk everything together until it's super smooth and inviting.
  • Add your sliced kielbasa to the bowl with the delicious sauce. Stir gently, making sure every single piece is beautifully coated – this is where the magic happens!
  • Pour the saucy kielbasa into your prepared baking dish. Pop it into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Don't forget to give it a good stir halfway through so everything cooks evenly and gets perfectly caramelized.
  • Once the sauce is bubbling and starting to caramelize on top, carefully remove the dish from the oven. Let it cool for just 5 minutes – then it's ready to be served as a delightful snack, appetizer, or healthy main!
