- 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Spice
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Begin by cutting your pork tenderloin into convenient bite-sized pieces.
In a medium bowl, gently toss these pork chunks with the Montreal steak spice and garlic powder until each piece is nicely coated.
For best flavor, pop the seasoned pork into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This helps the flavors truly meld.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or skillet over medium heat until it's shimmering.
Add half of the seasoned pork to the hot pan, making sure not to overcrowd it. Cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes to get a lovely golden sear.
Stir the pork and continue cooking for another 3 minutes, or until all sides are beautifully browned and the pork is cooked through.
Remove the first batch of pork, then repeat steps 5 and 6 with the remaining pork.
Once all pork is cooked, return every piece to the pan for a quick final warm-up, then serve your delicious crispy bites immediately!
