Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips choose white for vanilla or dark for chocolate
  • 1.67 cups Plain Greek Yogurt full-fat for ultimate creaminess!
  • 0.33 cup Unsweetened Protein Powder whey or your preferred type
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract use 1/2 teaspoon if making chocolate flavor

Instructions
 

  • First, gently melt your chosen chocolate chips. You can do this quickly in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15-30 seconds until smooth, or use a double boiler on the stove.
  • Next, transfer the warm, melted chocolate to a blender. Add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Blend for about 30 seconds, or until everything is wonderfully smooth and creamy. Make sure to blend while the chocolate is still warm for the best texture!
  • Pour this luscious mixture into individual serving jars or a large bowl. Cover it tightly and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. This resting time is key to achieving that perfect pudding texture!
