Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs at room temperature
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter cooled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Swerve sweetener
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • handful Walnuts or sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish or a small round pan by greasing or lining it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, starting with wet ones, then gradually add dry until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes; the center should remain moist.
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Feel free to add walnuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for extra flavor. Store in an airtight container.
