- 16 ounces cooked chicken diced, about 2 cups
- 1 batch homemade Keto Alfredo Sauce prepared separately
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 9 ounces frozen spinach thawed and thoroughly drained
- 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Warm up your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Whip up your Keto Alfredo Sauce as directed, then set it aside to cool down a bit while you get the other ingredients ready.
