- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream or full-fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup allulose
- 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners
- 1/2 bean vanilla bean optional
- 1/3 cup collagen protein powder
- 3/4 cup hemp milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- additional sweetener to taste
In a medium saucepan, mix the cream and sweeteners over medium heat. Allow it to simmer, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes before removing from heat.
If using, split the vanilla bean and scrape the seeds into the pan, adding the pod as well. Cover and let it steep for 20 minutes, then discard the pod.
Whisk in the collagen, hemp milk, and vanilla extract. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
Allow to cool completely, then pour into a glass jar and refrigerate for up to a week. Shake before use.
