Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup allulose
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners
  • 1/2 bean vanilla bean optional
  • 1/3 cup collagen protein powder
  • 3/4 cup hemp milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • additional sweetener to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, mix the cream and sweeteners over medium heat. Allow it to simmer, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes before removing from heat.
  • If using, split the vanilla bean and scrape the seeds into the pan, adding the pod as well. Cover and let it steep for 20 minutes, then discard the pod.
  • Whisk in the collagen, hemp milk, and vanilla extract. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
  • Allow to cool completely, then pour into a glass jar and refrigerate for up to a week. Shake before use.
