Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and give it a light grease.
In a big bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, chopped rosemary, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until they're all combined.
Pour in the olive oil, eggs, and egg whites. Stir everything together until you have a smooth, well-mixed batter.
Gradually add just enough water to the mixture, stirring until it forms a sticky but manageable dough. It shouldn't be too runny!
Spoon the dough onto your prepared baking sheet. Wet your hands to prevent sticking, and gently spread the dough into a roughly 9x12 inch rectangle.
Use your fingertips to gently press dimples all over the surface of the bread. Then, sprinkle generously with coarse sea salt and a few fresh rosemary leaves for extra flavor.
Pop it into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Look for golden edges and a firm-to-the-touch center.
Let your delicious focaccia cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying!
