Ingredients
  

For the Bread

  • 1 1/4 cups finely ground almond flour
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

For the Topping

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • In a spacious bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir these dry ingredients well until they're fully mixed.
  • Next, pour in the melted butter and egg whites. Mix everything together thoroughly until you have a smooth, uniform batter.
  • Pour the prepared batter into your greased sheet pan, spreading it evenly from edge to edge. Bake this in the oven for 12 minutes.
  • Once the 12 minutes are up, carefully remove the bread from the oven. Let it cool slightly, just enough so you can comfortably handle it. Then, cut it into 12 equal-sized rectangles.
  • Arrange these 12 bread rectangles onto a larger baking sheet, leaving a little space between each piece.
  • Now, let's create the irresistible garlic topping! In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and fresh parsley until well combined.
  • Using a basting brush or a spoon, generously spread this flavorful garlic butter mixture over the top of each bread piece.
  • Set your oven broiler to "HI." Place the baking sheet with the bread in the center of the oven. Broil for just a few minutes, keeping a very close watch, as it can crisp up quickly! Remove from the oven when the bread is golden and perfectly crispy.
