Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon water

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your mini waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl, gently whisk the large egg until it's well blended and slightly frothy.
  • Add the almond flour, mayonnaise, baking powder, and water to the whisked egg. Mix everything thoroughly until you have a smooth, uniform batter.
  • Lightly spray your warmed waffle maker with a non-stick spray. Pour about half of your prepared batter into the maker. Close the lid and cook for approximately 3 minutes, or until the machine's light indicates it's done and the chaffle is golden.
  • Repeat the previous step with the remaining batter to create your second delicious chaffle.
  • Your soft, keto "Wonder Bread" chaffles are ready! Serve them warm as a healthy base for your favorite sandwiches or toppings.
