Easy Low Carb Eggnog

Ingredients
  

Eggnog Base

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp Stevia (or your preferred sugar substitute)

For Serving

  • 0.5 cup sugar-free whipped cream topping
  • dash cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, gently whisk together the almond milk, eggs, and Stevia.
  • Place the pan on the stove and cook over low heat, continuously stirring until the mixture gently thickens. Be careful not to let it boil!
  • Once it reaches your desired creamy consistency, remove the pan from the heat.
  • Carefully pour the warm eggnog into two cups.
  • Finish each serving with a generous dollop of sugar-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for that perfect festive touch.
