Eggnog Base
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp Stevia (or your preferred sugar substitute)
For Serving
- 0.5 cup sugar-free whipped cream topping

In a small saucepan, gently whisk together the almond milk, eggs, and Stevia.
