  • 48 Ritz Crackers the classic buttery kind for best flavor!
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme also known as marshmallow fluff
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark or for a slightly richer taste, try dark chocolate melting wafers

  • 1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow pieces
  • 1/2 cup tiny chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup festive sprinkles for a fun twist!

Instructions
 

  • Prep Your Station: Get two large baking sheets ready by lining them with parchment or wax paper; this prevents any sticking. Melt your chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl following package directions – usually, short bursts of 30 seconds at 50% power, stirring thoroughly after each, until wonderfully smooth.
  • Assemble the S'mores Core: Lay out half of your Ritz crackers neatly on the prepared baking sheets. For each cracker, scoop a small amount (about 1 to 2 teaspoons) of marshmallow creme right in the center. A lightly greased spoon can make handling the sticky marshmallow much easier!
  • Create the Sandwich: Gently place another Ritz cracker on top of the marshmallow creme and press down lightly to form a neat, even sandwich. The marshmallow should spread nicely without overflowing.
  • Dip & Coat: Using small tongs or a fork, carefully dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s completely coated. Gently tap off any extra chocolate against the bowl's edge before placing it back on your lined baking sheet. Continue this for all your sandwiches.
  • Personalize (Optional): If you're adding toppings like crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, or sprinkles, now's the perfect time to do it while the chocolate is still soft. This is where you can get creative and add that classic s'mores look or a festive flair!
