- 2 pounds powdered sugar about 8 cups
- 6 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice from the jar, plus more if needed for consistency
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Begin by beating your softened butter in a large mixing bowl until it's wonderfully smooth and fluffy.
Gradually add about 2 cups of the powdered sugar, beating until it's well combined with the butter.
