Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup whole milk (or your preferred milk, cold)
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate (about 2-3 tablespoons)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup (optional)
  • 6 ounces brewed coffee (hot or cold brew; or 1/4 cup espresso for a stronger kick)

Instructions
 

  • In a jar with a lid or a shaker bottle, combine the cold milk, your chosen protein powder, and the optional sugar-free vanilla syrup.
  • Seal the jar or bottle tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is frothy and the protein powder is completely dissolved, leaving no clumps.
  • For a hot protein coffee: Pour your freshly brewed hot coffee into your favorite mug, then gently pour the shaken protein mixture over the top. Give it a quick stir.
  • For an iced protein coffee: Fill a glass with ice. Pour your chilled coffee or cold brew over the ice, then add the frothy protein mixture. Stir everything well to combine.
  • Sip and savor your delicious, protein-packed coffee!

Notes
