Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Get your oven ready! Preheat it to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch glass or ceramic pie pan. This makes for easy cleanup!
  • In a large skillet, brown your ground beef over medium heat until it's no longer pink, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks (about 7 minutes). This lean protein base is super healthy!
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, making sure it's fully mixed with the beef. Then, spread this flavorful meat mixture evenly into your prepared pie pan.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. This creamy egg mixture will bind everything together beautifully.
  • Gently pour the egg mixture over the seasoned ground beef in the pie pan.
  • Top generously with the shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the center is firm and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
