Equipment

  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 12 oz mini semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate
  • Candy eyes optional
  • Oreo cookies broken into pieces
  • Stick pretzels broken into pieces
  • Halloween colored sprinkles
  • Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20‑30 second bursts, stirring well after each interval, until smooth and glossy.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the paper and spread it into an even rectangle (about ¼‑inch thick).
  • While the chocolate is still wet, scatter your toppings evenly: pretzels, candy eyes, marshmallows, Oreo pieces, and sprinkles. Gently press them in so they stick.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 5–7 minutes (or in the fridge for 10–15 minutes) until the chocolate is completely firm.
  • Break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands. Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
