Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated Stevia or other low carb sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 oz sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix the softened butter with the sweetener until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and almond flour, then beat until combined.
  • Gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Place in the fridge and chill until ready to enjoy.
