- 11 ounces chilled Premier Protein Bananas & Cream Shake
- 1 ripe banana peeled and frozen
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter or peanut butter protein powder optional
- 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks optional
- 3-4 slices fresh or frozen banana optional, for garnish
First, pour the chilled Premier Protein shake into your blender.
Next, add the frozen banana. If you're including the frozen pineapple or peanut butter, toss those in now too!
Blend all the ingredients on high until the mixture is completely smooth and wonderfully creamy.
Pour your refreshing smoothie into a glass.
For an extra touch, you can garnish with a few fresh or frozen banana slices.
