Ingredients
  

  • 11 ounces chilled Premier Protein Bananas & Cream Shake
  • 1 ripe banana peeled and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter or peanut butter protein powder optional
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks optional
  • 3-4 slices fresh or frozen banana optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • First, pour the chilled Premier Protein shake into your blender.
  • Next, add the frozen banana. If you're including the frozen pineapple or peanut butter, toss those in now too!
  • Blend all the ingredients on high until the mixture is completely smooth and wonderfully creamy.
  • Pour your refreshing smoothie into a glass.
  • For an extra touch, you can garnish with a few fresh or frozen banana slices.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your easy, healthy, and delicious boost!
