Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Canned pineapple chunks drained
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice use whole milk for creaminess, or a dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup Microgreens or your favorite greens like spinach
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint add more for extra minty flavor
  • 3 tbsp Wholesome Yum Liquid Allulose adjust to your sweetness preference
  • 1 scoop Unsweetened protein powder optional, for an extra protein boost
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract optional, to balance flavors

Instructions

  • Freeze the Yogurt: First, spoon your Greek yogurt into an ice cube tray. Pop it into the freezer for at least an hour, or until it's completely solid. This simple step makes your shake wonderfully thick without needing ice!
  • Combine Ingredients: Once your yogurt is frozen, gather all your ingredients and toss them into a high-powered blender. Add the frozen Greek yogurt, drained pineapple chunks, your choice of milk, microgreens, fresh mint, liquid allulose, the optional protein powder, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend everything together for about 30 to 60 seconds. Keep blending until the mixture is perfectly smooth, creamy, and a lovely frothy consistency.
  • Taste and Adjust: Give your shake a quick taste. If you'd like more minty flavor, add a few more fresh mint leaves. For extra sweetness, stir in a bit more allulose. Blend briefly again if you make any adjustments. Enjoy immediately for the best taste!
