Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled oats 90g
  • 1/4 cup Ground flax or chia seeds 30g
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter or nut/seed butter 125g
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup or honey 80ml
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract 5ml
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup M&M's 90g
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder 15g
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips 45g
  • 1/2 cup Dried blueberries 70g
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon 2g
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest 2g
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice 15ml
  • 3/4 cup Dried strawberries 50g
  • 1/2 cup Dried apples 50g
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon 4g
  • Pinch Nutmeg to taste
  • 1/2 cup Raisins or chopped pecans 75g
  • 1/2 cup Dried tart cherries 70g
  • 2 scoops about 6 tbsp Vanilla collagen or plant protein
  • 1 tbsp Sprinkles 8g
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips 90g
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts optional, 30g

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, flax or chia seeds, and spices in a bowl.
  • Mix in nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well blended.
  • Add flavor-specific ingredients like chocolate, berries, or nuts, and mix thoroughly.
  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture into small bites.
  • Place on a tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

Feel free to customize the ingredients with your favorite dried fruits, nuts, or chocolate.
