Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Kahlua or your favorite coffee liqueur
  • 1.5 ounces premium Vodka
  • 1 ounce freshly brewed Espresso chilled for best results
  • 0.125 tsp Salt optional, for a smoother taste
  • 1 Egg White optional, for a luscious foam
  • 3 Espresso Beans for an elegant garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it about halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the Kahlua, vodka, and your chilled espresso. If you're adding salt to enhance the flavors, include it now.
  • For that luxurious foamy top, if using an egg white, first shake all ingredients without ice for about 15 seconds (this is called a "dry shake"). Then, add ice and continue to the next step.
  • Secure the lid on your shaker tightly and shake it with enthusiasm for at least 30 seconds. You want the mixture to be very cold and wonderfully frothy.
  • Strain the creamy cocktail into a chilled martini glass. Gently place three espresso beans on top as a sophisticated garnish. Sip and enjoy your perfectly balanced drink!
